Beginning in 1978, Elemco’s engineers established its roots by installing data gathering equipment controls, now known as PLCs.
While analyzing anomalies in the data they were able to identify inefficiencies on an enterprise level that were effecting the bottom line.
Approaching middle management with solutions of sensible business process and workflow improvements immediately established
them as industry leads at a time when technology was understood by only a few and concepts such as Six Sigma,
Kaizen, Lean Manufacturing and cGMP were not yet established.
In addition to servicing small and medium sizes enterprises we also maintain a constant presence for controls and software
with our early customers, some who have grown into multi-billion dollar international companies over the past thirty years.
Maintaining current knowledge, certifications and partnerships, professional relationships and a “No job is too big or too small” philosophy
allows for our continual growth.
