             While analyzing anomalies in the data they were able to identify inefficiencies on an enterprise level that were effecting the bottom line.
             
             Approaching middle management with solutions of sensible business process and workflow improvements immediately established 
             
             them as industry leads at a time when technology was understood by only a few and concepts such as Six Sigma, 
             
             Kaizen, Lean Manufacturing and cGMP were not yet established.
