Elemco’s Shop Floor application is a comprehensive software solution for tracking and validating material use from the
time it is received to the time it is shipped. The application is comprised of a series of functional modules. Based on your
company’s requirements, the appropriate modules will be implemented to meet your needs. Shop Floor is a fully hosted
web based system. The entire system can be operated through the use of your company’s existing desk top computers and
printers. The only requirement is an internet connection. There is no need for expensive servers or support personnel to

Asset Management
This application is used in maintaining the list of assets in any organization. The User also has the flexibility of assigning the maintenance tasks required for every asset, so it is easy to view the scheduled task at any given time.
The application automatically calculates and displays the scheduled maintenance task based on the interval days
Each asset can be linked to their electronic drawings, instructions if any available and viewed in through the application.
